Structure and Intent

Creative Mindfulness is a 4 hour course available on line and in person.

An introductory course designed for beginners, people seeking to rekindle their practice and those looking for important tools for their inner work.

It covers the foundations, principles and techniques of Creative Mindfulness and Meditation, integrating theory with practical work. This course is the first in the series of courses offered and can be done on its own. No prerequisites needed. I recommend doing this course is you are starting out with your inner work and intend on doing the subsequent courses which have been designed to evolve from the foundations it offers.
