Hi and thank you for being here !

I offer a synergy of the following areas with many years of experience and personal practice: Holistic therapy, Kinesiology, Life Alignment, Singing and Song Therapy – Vocal Transformation. 

I CONSULT with individual clients using a mix of therapeutic modalities and teachings. My training began in energy medicine as a holistic therapist in the early 90’s with Specialised Kinesiology. I later added Life Alignment, Vedanta and Tonal Alignment. My search for empowerment as a woman in my late 20’s led me to the international organisation, Women Within, where I participated in workshops and training for several years.  I offer vocal empowerment and self-discovery through the Awakening my Voice program for those who want focus on clearing blockages that affect their ability to communicate authentically, for public speaking or singing.

I TEACH and facilitate workshops on personal development inspired by 25 years of study, experience and my own personal journey, and enjoy working with others who are passionate and invested in their personal growth. Heart Song is an original workshop focusing on Awakening the Voice. Other workshops are Mindfulness and Meditation, Energy Anatomy – The Chakras

I SING, write and record songs and in June of 2022 I launched my original production of Song Doula ( One Woman and a Goddess)   an intimate performance about the universal journey of transformation through several original songs written over the past 15 years.
